One of the best parts about living in Jupiter is being able to hop on the boat and head to dinner.
Whether you’re spending the day at the sandbar or dressing up for a sunset cruise to dinner, there are several great waterfront restaurants that are easy to access by boat.
Here are some of my local favorites that consistently stand out.
U-Tiki Beach
Located directly on the Jupiter Inlet, U-Tiki Beach is one of the most popular waterfront spots to arrive by boat.
Why people love it:
- Incredible Jupiter Lighthouse views
- Marina dockage and transient slips available
- Casual waterfront atmosphere
- Fresh seafood and sushi
Its location right near the inlet makes it an easy stop after a day on the water. Outdoor, covered dining room or casual beach seating, multiple couches and group seating, tiki hut with televisions playing golf and sporting events. This is a local favorite to bring guests.
Lucky Shuck
Located on Love Street near the Jupiter Inlet, Lucky Shuck offers waterfront dining with a more polished, modern coastal feel.
Why people enjoy it:
- Fresh seafood and raw bar
- Waterfront views
- Casual but elevated atmosphere
- Convenient location near the Jupiter Inlet
It is a good option when you want something a little more refined than a tiki-bar stop while still enjoying the Jupiter waterfront setting.
Dive Bar at Jupiter Yacht Club
Located at Jupiter Yacht Club, Dive Bar offers waterfront dining overlooking the marina.
Why people enjoy it:
- Marina and waterfront views
- Sushi, seafood and a varied menu
- More polished atmosphere than the casual tiki-style stops
- Convenient location for boaters
It is a good choice when you want waterfront dining in Jupiter with a marina setting and a slightly more elevated feel.
Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar at Harbourside Place
Located at Harbourside Place along the Intracoastal, Tommy Bahama offers a more polished waterfront option for lunch or dinner.
Why people enjoy it:
- Indoor and outdoor dining
- Intracoastal setting
- Relaxed but more refined atmosphere
- Easy access to the shops and waterfront at Harbourside Place
Boaters can dock at the public slips at Harbourside Place Marina and walk to the restaurant.
Guanabanas
Guanabanas has become one of Jupiter’s most iconic waterfront restaurants.
Known for:
- Open-air tiki hut atmosphere
- Lush tropical landscaping and island vibe
- Live music
- Waterfront dining right along the river
It feels like a true Florida tropical experience and is a favorite for both locals and visitors. Easy access for boaters with plenty of boat slips.
Tiki 52
Located in Tequesta, Tiki 52 Bar & Grill is one of the more laid-back hidden gems in the area.
Why people enjoy it:
- Relaxed waterfront atmosphere
- Live music and tiki bar feel
- Easy boating access
- Casual local crowd
It’s a great stop after being out at the sandbar or Intracoastal for the day. Sandy beach seating, dancing to live country music, swings and baggo. A great spot for large groups and families.
River House
River House offers a more upscale waterfront dining experience and is a great option for an evening dinner by boat.
Known for:
- Beautiful Intracoastal views
- Elevated atmosphere and cocktails
- Stylish indoor and outdoor dining
- Popular sunset dinner setting
This is more of a “dress up a bit and head to dinner on the boat” type of spot rather than a casual stop after a long day at the sandbar.
1000 North
1000 North is one of Jupiter’s premier luxury waterfront restaurants.
Located directly on the Intracoastal near the Jupiter Inlet, it’s known for:
- Upscale dining and cocktails
- Beautiful waterfront setting
- Boat access and dockage
- Refined but still relaxed Jupiter atmosphere
The perfect spot for dinner or drinks in the evening while heading out for a sunset cruise.
Final Thoughts
Whether you prefer a casual tiki bar atmosphere or a more upscale waterfront dinner, Jupiter has no shortage of great restaurants you can enjoy by boat.
From the inlet to Tequesta and down the Intracoastal, boating and waterfront dining are truly part of everyday life here.
If you’re considering moving to Jupiter and want to better understand the waterfront lifestyle, neighborhoods, or boating access, let’s connect. I’m always happy to share what makes this area so special.
