Where to Find New Construction Homes in Jupiter, FL

Kristin Wallace  |  June 10, 2026

One of the biggest trends in Jupiter and the surrounding Palm Beach area right now is new construction.

Buyers continue moving to South Florida from the Northeast and other high-tax states, and many are specifically looking for:

  • Newer homes
  • Modern layouts and higher ceilings
  • Open indoor-outdoor living
  • Impact windows and newer construction standards
  • Move-in-ready condition

The challenge is that Jupiter itself is already a relatively established area, so large-scale new developments are more limited than in other parts of Florida.

Instead, much of the activity is happening through:

  • Boutique luxury developments
  • Custom waterfront rebuilds
  • Teardowns in prime neighborhoods
  • Newer communities expanding westward

Newer Communities and Developments

While much of Jupiter is established, there are still several newer communities attracting buyers looking for modern homes and larger lots. There is some potential of new home development off Island Way in Jupiter in the upcoming years. Located just south of newer developments Prado and Bridgewater. But no definitive plans yet.

Bridgewater

Bridgewater has become one of the more desirable newer communities in the Jupiter area.

The neighborhood is nearing completion and is known for:

  • Larger lot sizes (nearly 1 acre)
  • Newer, luxurious construction homes
  • Spacious layouts and modern finishes
  • A quieter residential feel

Buyers are drawn to the fact that everything feels fresh and move-in ready while still offering more land than many newer developments typically provide.

Avenir and Panther National

Further west in Palm Beach Gardens, communities like Avenir and Panther National continue seeing major interest.

Avenir is a large-scale newer development offering:

  • New construction neighborhoods
  • Modern amenities
  • Expanding residential growth westward

Meanwhile, Panther National has become one of the area’s premier ultra-luxury golf communities, featuring:

  • Modern custom estates
  • Contemporary architecture
  • High-end golf lifestyle
  • Significant luxury investment and development

New Construction Near Tequesta

There are also newer boutique developments happening closer to Tequesta and US-1.

Communities like Forte Luxe is attracting buyers who want newer luxury style townhomes with water views and existing Tequesta lifestyle. Forte Luxe offers boat slips and views extending as far as the ocean.

These projects appeal to buyers who want:

  • New construction
  • Lower maintenance living
  • Close proximity to boating, restaurants, and beaches

Artistry and Eastpointe Area

Artistry Palm Beach is another newer community attracting buyers looking for:

  • Contemporary homes
  • Modern amenities
  • Convenient Palm Beach Gardens location

Nearby, redevelopment and newer construction opportunities continue around Eastpointe Country Club and surrounding areas as buyers seek updated homes within established golf communities.

Where We’re Seeing Luxury Teardowns and Custom New Builds

Because inventory remains limited in prime locations, many buyers and investors are purchasing older homes specifically for redevelopment.

This trend has accelerated throughout some of the area’s most desirable waterfront and golf neighborhoods.

Pennock Point

Pennock Point continues to be one of the strongest areas for luxury redevelopment.

Buyers are attracted to:

  • Large lots
  • Waterfront opportunities
  • Mature trees and privacy
  • Close proximity to the inlet and beaches

Older homes are increasingly being replaced with modern luxury estates.

Tequesta Country Club

Tequesta Country Club has seen significant renovation and rebuilding activity.

The neighborhood appeals to buyers looking for:

  • Golf and waterfront lifestyle
  • Established location and character
  • Larger lots and mature landscaping

Many older ranch-style homes are being transformed into newer coastal luxury properties. This is a particular hot spot for redevelopment, as Tequesta Country Club offers both golf and a community boat ramp with voluntary HOA fees. A rare gem in the area. The Country Club is not tied to the sale of a home and is purchased separately. The Club is in the process of tearing down and rebuilding as well.

Turtle Creek

Turtle Creek has also become a popular area for luxury renovations and custom rebuilds.

Buyers are drawn to:

  • Golf course views
  • Quiet streets and privacy
  • Larger homesites
  • Long-term value within an established community

Along the River and Intracoastal

Luxury redevelopment continues throughout:

  • The Loxahatchee River and Jupiter corridors
  • Intracoastal neighborhoods in Tequesta
  • North Palm Beach waterfront areas
  • Palm Beach Gardens waterfront communities

Because waterfront land is limited, buyers continue targeting older homes in prime locations and replacing them with:

  • Contemporary coastal estates
  • Expanded outdoor living spaces
  • New docks and seawalls
  • Modern luxury finishes and layouts

Why Buyers Continue Wanting New Construction

New construction remains highly desirable because many buyers today prioritize:

  • Modern floor plans
  • Higher ceilings and open layouts
  • New roofs, windows, and systems
  • Lower maintenance concerns
  • Better insurance features

At the same time, buyers still want the charm and location of established neighborhoods—which is why teardown redevelopment has become such a major trend.

Final Thoughts

While Jupiter itself may not have endless large-scale new developments, the area continues evolving through boutique communities, luxury redevelopment, and custom new construction.

From newer communities like Bridgewater and Avenir to waterfront rebuilds in Pennock Point and Tequesta Country Club, buyers have more options than many people realize.
